HIV vaccine press kit

Although there is currently no vaccine that prevents or treats HIV, over 85 vaccines have been tested since HIV was first discovered in the early 1980s. This press kit includes basic information on how vaccines work and what types of vaccines are used in HIV vaccine research.  A history of major HIV vaccine trials is also provided. Ethical guidelines and a useful contacts and resources list round off this press pack.
