Health Dept, chiefs ‘should team up for circumcision’

Health and social development MEC Clifford Mkasi has been urged to work in conjunction with the provincial house of traditional leaders led by Chief Mathibela Mokoena to fight against the spread of HIV and Aids.
The statement was made in Nelspruit last week by the provincial executive council.
